The "Two Fisted Gorilla" is our California Common style beer. A California Common, also known as Steam Beer, is a unique hybrid beer style originating from California in the late 1800s. It’s brewed with lager yeast, but fermented at ale-like temperatures, resulting in a distinctive flavor profile. Fragrant aromas and flavors of mint, dried flowers, toast, and caramel. It has a dry finish, making it a great pairing for a variety of dishes. Toasted malt and straw-colored with our tropical South African aroma hops.

This all-time favorite is brewed with fresh Ile Boulay mangos in season. This tasty grain bill includes Heidelberg, Pilsner, Cara Amber and Oats. Hopped up with African Queen and Southern Passion hops from South Africa. The Kveik Voss yeast adds a unique flavor making this beer mild and floral. This is a mature Blonde made for beach day drinking!

THIS STRONGÂ STOUT IS A UNIQUE TROPICAL BREWINGÂ STYLE FOR STRONG STOUTS BREWED IN THE TROPICS. THE MALT BILL IS COMPLEX; WITH A BASE OF CARAMEL MALT, AND SMALLER AMOUNTS OF PALE ALE AND CHOCOLATÂ MALT TO CREATEÂ A DARKNESS THAT YOU WILL NOT SOON FORGET. HOPPED UP WITH MANGUM AND SOUTHERN PASSION HOPS IN MODERATION IN ORDER FOR THE MALT PROFILE TO SHINE THROUGH. THIS BLACK BEARD REQUIRES ADDITIONAL CONDITIONING TIME BEFORE DRINKING.

This is one of our signature beers, light yet strong, this African Pale Ale was born for true, adventurous beer lovers. For this brew we focused on the Blonde Ale Heidelberg and Pale Ale malts with Southern Passion and Cashmere hops in generous doses. Fermented with Saison yeast.

A specialty beer based on a request from a connoisseur of blondes. This light African Pale Ale is brewed with 95% Heidelberg malt, and small amounts of Amber malt and oats. The hop schedule provides a 20 IBU profile, which is aromatic and not bitter. Concocted using Southern Passion, Cashemere, Citra and Cascade (the three C's!) for a lovely flavor and aroma. The Kveik Hornidal "Horny" yeast adds a unique and clean profile.

This is a SMASH beer brewed with a single malt and single hops, for this brew we focused on the the light Pilsner malt with Southern Passion hops in generous doses. Fermented with Kveik yeast.

One of our first brews, this African Blonde Ale is has a taste and aroma that will have you coming back for more.  Made with Pilsen Malt, Vienna Malt and natural Oats, this beer has a mix of flavors from Magnum, Tettanger and Saaz hops.

PIRATES DAUGHTER METISSE AMBER ALE

This is one of our signature beers, with a malt forward strong flavor, this dark ale was brewed for dark beer lovers. This is a malt forward beer brewed with a complex mix of malts including Pale Ale, Caramel, Oats and Chocolat malt. A light load of bitterness and aroma from Magnum, Tettanger and Saaz hops adds just enough hoppyness to keep the malt as the main event.  Fermented with Kveik yeast. This beer was bottled on 15 March 2022 and is improving over time.

A WELL REFINED METISSE BREWED IN THE BELGIAN "SAISON" TRADITION. THIS TASTY METISSE BEER HAS A DISTINCT FLAVOR THAT PERFECTLY BALANCES THE PALE ALE AND CARAMEL MALT WITH TRADITIONAL MAGNUM, TETTANG AND SAAZ HOPS. WILD HONEY HARVESTED FROM ILE BOULAY ROUNDS OUT THE FLAVOR PROFILE OF THIS BEAUTIFUL METISSE.
